We understand in the current market that finding quality deals to participate in before they become an auction, or before learning of them from a competitor’s announcement is paramount to success.  We work with private equity firms and investors on either a retained or non-retained basis, conducting targeted searches with specifically defined acquisition parameters, or more commonly on a non-exclusive finder’s fee basis.  At Avail Partners we are able to source new portfolio companies, as well as, add-on acquisitions for existing portfolio companies. All we need to get started is a narrowly-defined search criteria, and an understanding of the compensation agreement.
